Premium Sold — Folio View

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Folio totals (Premium, Policies, Items, Sales) are your office's official production numbers. Ximena Cruz's, Deija Olson's, and Samuel Sweet's Farmers-carrier premium, and Brandon Smith's Farmers-, Foremost-, and Brokered-carrier premium, for the current folio (Jul 18 – Aug 19) are confirmed line-by-line from AgencyZoom's Written Business report — those rows are marked "confirmed." Everything else (other carriers, older folios) is still reconstructed from the 29 sold records visible to this AgencyZoom sub-user login, so treat unmarked rows as partial until confirmed the same way. New sales are added to daily #s and the office total when confirmed via AgencyZoom lookup — ask to "log this sale" and it happens in the same reply.

Contacts is real, live data — count of leads currently sitting in AgencyZoom's "Contacted" pipeline stage (Pipeline id 4539), pulled directly from the API. This reflects only that one pipeline, so it's a lower bound, not a complete count across the whole agency. Appointments Set, Appointments Held, Appointment Set Rate, Show Rate, and Close Rate (Sales÷Held) have no data source in AgencyZoom via this account's API — shown as unavailable rather than estimated. Leads uses the same definition as Producer Performance (open pipeline + sales this folio) — NOT AgencyZoom's raw "New" stage count, which showed an implausible 8,936 for one producer alone, almost certainly stale historical records rather than real active leads. Some Contact/Quote rates exceed 100% (e.g. Samuel, Miguel) — this is a real scope mismatch, not an error: "Leads" is folio-scoped (this period only) while "Contacts" is a live, all-time snapshot of who's currently sitting in that stage, so the two aren't measuring the same window. Read these as directional signals of activity level, not literal conversion percentages, until Leads and Contacts can be pulled on matching timeframes.

Appts, Shows, and Show→Sale % have no data source in AgencyZoom via this account's API — shown as unavailable rather than estimated. Leads = still-open pipeline leads + sales closed this folio. Quotes = sales + open pipeline leads with a logged premium (likely undercounts true quoting activity — see Scorecard methodology note). Revenue/Sale is commission ÷ sales as a simple average; actual commission is calculated on cumulative folio premium with tier thresholds, not per-sale, so this is directional. Premium/Producer and Sales/Producer appear in the summary line below the totals row (total ÷ number of producers with a sale this folio), since they're not meaningful as a per-producer column (it would just restate that producer's own numbers).

Performance Index = 40% Premium + 20% Policies + 15% Close Rate + 15% Policies/Household + 10% Premium/Household (as a quality proxy — see note below), each scored against a benchmark and capped at 120% to prevent one outlier account from dominating the score. Premium and Policies are ramp-adjusted by tenure (producers under 6 months get proportionally scaled volume targets); Close Rate, Policies/Household, and the quality proxy are NOT tenure-adjusted, since those reflect skill rather than accumulated time. Benchmarks (100% mark): $45K+ Premium/Folio, ~45 Policies (22.5 households × 2 policies), 35%+ Close Rate, 2+ Policies/Household, $2,000+ Premium/Household. True retention/quality data isn't available from AgencyZoom (see Scorecard note) — Premium/Household is used as a proxy for the "quality" weight since it directly addresses the stated goal of preventing a few large accounts from inflating a score that should reflect consistent, high-quality household acquisition. Tenure data shows Ximena at 36mo and Brandon at 9.5mo, but the other 6 all show an identical 1.5mo/Jul 1 start — confirm whether that's a real onboarding cohort or a placeholder before trusting the ramp adjustment for those 6.
